Your just minutes from outlet mall shopping/movies/dining/park/walking trails/man made lakes, golf courses and the best club house park I've ever seen to keep kids / adults active all day.

-****Casita (is listed separately ) is attached with separate entrance studio with a queen bed, click clack couch, full bathroom, closet, tv/cable, full fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven & microwave.
Our home backs up to a hillside allowing total privacy while lounging or enjoying the covered outdoor entertaining space with built in gas BBQ and pebble tech pool.
Each of the 4 bedrooms sleeps 2 or more people: *Note there is a $20. per person a night charge if over 5 persons which changes depending on the season and max persons is 10. This is because more then not, under 5 guests seem to be the norm so the price reflects that instead of assuming large groups will always be the case.
The master suite is in a separate area of the house with the guest bedrooms in another :)
There are a couple of extra flat screen TV's and dvd players that can be moved around and used wherever you want them to be
Guest bedroom #1 (end of hallway) has a king bed with memory mattress & double closets with hangers/shoe rack. ( this bedroom has a large flat screen TV with cable ready hookup however we use the cable box between there and the backyard patio TV. Feel free to move it back & forth).
Guest bedroom #2 (middle) has a Queen bed & closet with hangers
Guest bedroom #3/office (double doors closest to the front door) has a queen bed & a portable hanging closet.
Master bedroom boasts a queen bed with the sleep number mattress, a large ensuite w/huge walk in closet, double vanity, magnifying mirror, hydro tub, separate shower and potty room.
Hair dryer located inn master bathroom linen closet.
The front & living rooms have Leather couches along with plenty of extra seating through out the dining and kitchen areas.
There are work out DVD’s, weight bench, treadmill & portable stepper.
The living room sectional has 4 electric recliners for those of you that love to be super comfortable watching TV or when having a conversation thats really boring. Shuffleboard sits between living room & dining area.
The front/rec room has a built in dry bar to keep all your adult beverages safe and up high as well as the glasses / accessories needed.
The kitchen provides R/O water system as well as a water softener system and plenty of cupboard space including all the basic cooking appliances needed.
The backyard is great for entertaining year round, with our covered patio included is a flat screen tv with cable, mini fridge, gas built in barbecue, comfy seating, poolside side double loungers & large pool floats. (Pool is only heated by its solar cover & I found it to be cold Dec through February).
The sunset is amazing and typically is off the pool by 6pm (if you are one of those that likes the heat but not the shine :0 )
Please note: we do have security cameras. Only 1 is located inside the house clearly displayed. We do not receive notifications to view during our guests stay however, it is easily unplugged and ask that its plugged back in upon check out.

-Scottsdale: the sandbar grill, burgers & brew, dirty dog bar, roadhouse theater (fabulous place with gourmet popcorn, happy hours & $6. Tuesday’s. They serve you at your seat ????

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) agreement is effective when renter books the property and makes initial payment. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:?? Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons, any amount over 5 people needs to be approved by the owner. ??Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.?? Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner or provide a few hours notice. If no contact is made, owner has the right to enter the property to inspect or fix or clean items. ???Rental Rules
??1. Smoking is NOT allowed. A $500 fee will be charged to the persons form of payment. ??2. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.??3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.??4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, any damage to property or furnishings is can be deducted from security deposit and any additional amount charged back to renters form of payment. ??5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.??6. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please police yourselves not to use all the towel without running a load of laundry. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house to another location.??9. Pool: No children under the age of 8 permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. The pool is only 5 feet deep and there is absolutely NO DIVING. Please only use plastic cups when dinning in the outdoor space near the pool. The pool is not heated but maintains some heat with insulated cover. If you take it off please put it back on.??10. [Fireplace: The outdoor fireplace is a wood burning. Wood can be purchased at the local grocery stores. Flames should not exceed 1.5feet from top of pit. Do not stand or sit on top of fire pit. Do not burn garbage throw.?12. Storms:?
Option A: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or?• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.?• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and?-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
Option B: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.]
Owner may cancel rental and allow renters to vacate with 5 days notice. Any remaining days paid for will be refunded to renter minus any damages expensed.
It is understood and agreed upon that renters are allowed to stay in the property during the period agreed upon and no longer, including the 10:30 a.m. check out time. Unless agreed upon in writing with the owner and pre-paid on They will need to vacate promptly for other renters and for any reason if they do not vacate the property before their lease is up, they will have to pay the published rate on HomeAway for any extra days.
